It goes without saying that you will have exclusive use of the ham shack and the  antenna farm while you're here ... just as you do at your own QTH.

JUNE-SEPTEMBER

We will be temporarily closed from June - September, 2008.

Our normal rentals will be from Wednesday to Wednesday so there will be plenty of time to tweak the station prior to those weekend contests and heaviest operating times.  This practice should also ensure that there is plenty of time to recuperate afterwards at the beach with a Pina Colada or two.

+ Reservations will be accepted with a 25% deposit that is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the first night’s stay.  Full payment of the listed rental amount plus a $300 security deposit is due 30 days prior to your first night’s stay or the initial deposit may be forfeit at the sole discretion of Radio Reef.  A deposit alone will not hold your reservation within 30 days of the first night’s rental if another party submits full payment.  The security deposit is fully refundable within one week of the end of your stay if everything is in good condition.

Please ensure you take note of these critical dates or you may lose your reserved time to another party.

We think you'll find the cost of staying with us very competitive with similar rentals on the island and elsewhere in the Caribbean for that matter!

If for some reason Wednesday to Wednesday does not work for you, let us know and we will try to honor your special requests.
